Building a powerful brand image for a game-changing market impact
2-20 × HAL × Lindt
In a celebration of shared European roots and exceptional craftsmanship, Holland America Line and Lindt Chocolate came together to create a landmark experience. The Chocodam, a 6-foot model of the Rotterdam, Holland America Line’s flagship, was meticulously built from Lindt chocolate by the legendary Jacques Torres alongside Lindt chocolatier Ann Szasa. Unveiled just before World Chocolate Day, this collaboration highlighted the union of two storied brands and offered a unique showcase of their excellence and creative vision.
Combining three distinct visual elements into one cohesive creation was no small feat, but our team dove deep into this exquisite creation, navigating the sweet currents of imagination.

“The Chocodam project was a standout success, blending technical precision and creativity in an extraordinary way. From the detailed molding of the chocolate to the impactful final presentation, every aspect was meticulously executed. Deux Vingt’s expertise was essential in capturing and showcasing the unique partnership between Holland America Line and Lindt, resulting in a truly impressive feature for World Chocolate Day.”

Turned sweet dreams into reality. Our team whipped up the layers for this iconic partnership, highlighting high-end craftsmanship with a touch of chocolatey magic. Result: a meticulously developed concept that molds a memorable experience, capturing the essence of this unique collaboration.

From concept to confection, Jacques’ chocolate factory transformed into a movie studio. We captured every step and detail in over 14,000 images, preserving the meticulous process and artistry involved in creating the Chocodam.

After 50 pounds of chocolate were molded into the Chocodam, our post-production team expertly pieced everything together for the final screening, right in time for the World Chocolate Day.
